1.) Welcome! Hope you like it here.
2.) Before you do anything, be sure you go join on the character boards.
3.) Go set up a bank account. Start a new thread titled with your character's surname.
4.) Now go make some horses! Please be realistic with the amount of horses you are creating, do not create more than you can care for. You can enter them in the database or look for some for sale. I will be occasionally be putting horses up for sale.
5.) Go find a stable to board at! You have to meet the criteria to own a stable, and that's mainly waiting until you've earned enough and have proven that you are capable of owning a stable. [IMPORTANT.] I'm giving four people the opportunity to have a stable. They will be up for grabs.
6.) Roleplay with your horse, take care of him, make him real. I will be checking for activity with horses. Any neglected horses will be confiscated and sent to the ASPCA. But all in all have fun!

1.) You must buy tack, supplies and feed at the tack and feed stores to care for your horse. This is crucial.
2.) Horses that are not taken care of will be sent to the ASPCA, where you have to really work hard at earning them back. However if they are adopted before you can, there's nothing we can do.
3.) You are responsible for the aging of your hroses, but please do so realistically. I do not want to see a four year old remain a four year old forever.
4.) All disciplines are allowed, but please be realistic. A jumper cannot be a racehorse, too, but you can retire your racer and make him a jumper.
5.) Horses are to remain pregnant for three weeks. After a mare has been foaled you can only breed two weeks after she has foaled, and they cannot be bred past 24 years of age. Stallions can be bred up until their death.
6.) Vet checks can go in this manner.
0 - 10 -- Horse in good health
11 - 20 -- A bit of a weight problem
21 -- 30 -- Slight lameness
31 -- 40 -- Illness
This is randomized. Only a vet can do a checkup, and you are only a vet if I gave you the ok. I would prefer if vets didn't checkup their own horses.
7.) If you are breeding, post your stats on the breeding board and one of the admins will present you with the foal results. Again, your mare has to be pregnant for three weeks, and the foal's health will be randomized at birth as well. Odds are you will wind up with a healthy foal, but like real life you never know. The chances of twins are one in a million, but that is also possible. I will never ever have your mare miscarry unless you would prefer that to make your story interesting.

1.) People cannot own a stable right away, especially not after the freebies are taken. In order to own a stable, you must be able to meet the following criteria.
2.) Until you can own a stable, board at one of the available ones. I will have a public boarding stable available.
3.) If you own a stable and it is not kept up to date, you are inactive or it is neglected, it will be sold.
4.) If you own a stable, you have the option of hiring people to help you out.
[shadow=black,left,300]
1.) For the love of everything holy, the money on here is fake. I don't want to hear anything about real money being used for anything.
2.) Use the following format or "cheques" to pay people money.
3.) New members begin with $500,000
4.) Keep your expenses up to date. We will find out if you don't.
[shadow=black,left,300]
1.) Anyone may host a show, just run it on time is all we ask.
2.) Try to get the results out on time, please. We all have lives, but waiting three weeks for show results is ridiculous.
3.) Follow the deault points system for all shows, unless granted special permission by an admin.
4.) Stables are able to host shows at their own stables, but other shows will be run on public show grounds.

Points in this game are very very important. They basically keep the game intersting and competitve. the point of 'points' are to show how much your horse is worth! If your horse has more points then it is a better horse! If it has only a few points then it it still not the best horse. But you can show, ride, and train your horses and this will make them gain points. Below is a list of things you can do to earn points for your horses.

After your horse earns so many points, you can start to say that he is at a specific level. For instance, after your horse earns __ points he is a level _ horse. This is just another cool way of saying how important your horses are.

RULES[/shadow]
- By law and by rule, this game is not suitable for anybody under the age of 13. In fact it should be a bit more than that, enter at your own maturity risk.
- Please keep any adult content, and mainly language, on the specified boards. PDA is alright, but please, think of your own morals and what you would do in public.
- Please keep OOC fights in PM, or contact one of the admins to help deal with the problem. IC arguments are alright, it happens. We want to make this game as real as possible.
- The admins of this game [at the moment] are Blind Mag and Nathan Wallace. They rule the game, respect their authority. Any disrespect will result in the proper consequences.
- Please no racism, sexism, or any of the above. I don't tolerate any of that crap.
- Every person should post on the boards at least three times a week. This isn't vital, I know we all have lives, but if you are inactive for more than three weeks without notifying myself or Nathan you are at risk of being deleted.

But you can show, ride, and train your horses and this will make them gain points. Below is a list of things you can do to earn points for your horses.
- You can ride your horses at your stable and do 'practice posts' with them. (this includes lessons, and trail rides but NOT lunging). These posts must be highly descriptive and over 300 words. For one session of practice riding your horse will earn 20 points.
- you can get your horse trained to earn points too! for each session that your horse is professionally trained, this means by a certified trainer ONLY, (see the training board under horses), your horse can earn 100 points per training session (this would be a 500 word descriptive post).
- The main place to earn points is at a show. Shows are the place where al your hard work pays off! you earn lots of points from shows, and the higher you place, the higher amount of points you earn. Below is the list of points you earn from a specified placement in a show.
1st - 150
2nd - 140
3rd - 130
4th - 120
5th - 110
6th - 100
7th and below - 90
